10th Annual "Making A Difference" 5K Supports Surry County Schools Students and Teachers
The Surry County Schools Educational Foundation invites you to the 10th Annual MAD Dash 5K! This exciting event will be held on April 22, 2023, in Dobson, NC at Surry Central High School! Last year, we hosted over 450 runners, volunteers and spectators, including eleven elementary school GROW Strong Teams participating! The race will be chip-timed, and the course is USATF certified.
The MAD (Making A Difference) Dash 5K & Fun Run is a fundraiser to benefit the Surry County Schools Educational Foundation. The Educational Foundation helps all nineteen schools in the Surry County Schools system by supporting enhanced learning opportunities to students in all grades. The race also promotes health and wellness among the students and staff members in the school system as well as our community, and we want health-minded businesses to join us in our efforts.
